Please review the following Warranty Procedures before submitting your service request. VIP Homes ensures you a timely response to your warranty requests. If you do not receive an emailed response from the Warranty Department within one business day, please contact us at 480-892-1654 as there may be a technical issue.
11 Month Warranty Visits
Approximately 11 months following the Walk-through, VIP Homes recommends you review the information in your Homeowner’s Manual and compile a list of repair items you would like to have addressed. We will then schedule an appointment with you to review all of the items on your list appropriately. Please note that this appointment will be for reviewing items only. Any necessary repairs will be scheduled for a later date. Please allow yourself at least one hour for this appointment.
During this visit, the VIP Homes field representative will review the items you submitted, address questions or concerns you may have, and create a schedule for the warranty repairs. It is our goal to address all of your warranty items at this time. As with any warranty service, you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.
Unexpected Warranty Concerns
Warranty service is also available for items that must be addressed prior to your annual appointments. These items will be addressed during working hours Monday-Friday and you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home. You will be contacted via email to schedule an appointment. Please review your Homeowner’s Manual to determine if you have a valid warranty issue prior to submitting a request.
Emergency warranty service is available after normal business hours and on weekends and holidays by contacting the emergency service numbers located in your Homeowner’s Manual. Emergencies include, but are not limited to, plumbing leaks that cannot be isolated, no heat in extreme cold weather/ vice versa, or gas leaks.
