In 1988, Victor and Evelyn Petersen brought their expertise and a simple vision to Arizona to; “Operate a profitable construction company by producing quality homes at a fair price”. Over the past 30 years, VIP has become well known in the Valley of the Sun as a home builder of superior quality.
In the early days, Victor established himself as a builder of integrity and ability. He only built upper end homes and small commercial projects. When the real estate market was very distressed in the late eighties and early nineties, his wife Evelyn entered the business as sales manager and made it her goal to take this exceptional product to more buyers.
