These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the VIP Homes text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from VIP Homes, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
VIP Homes operates an SMS notification program to keep homebuyers informed throughout their home construction process. Messages sent through this program may include:
- Construction milestone notifications (e.g., foundation, framing, drywall, etc.)
- Design center appointment reminders and confirmations
- Notifications to return to the design center for replacement selections
- Pre-closing and orientation reminders
- Utility connection reminders and move-in information
- General project status updates from your VIP Homes team
This program is for transactional and informational purposes only. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this service.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from VIP Homes by providing verbal consent to a VIP Homes design consultant during your design center appointment and signing the SMS Consent Form. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your home construction. You may receive anywhere from a few messages per month during slower construction phases to several per week during active phases such as design selections, pre-drywall walkthroughs, and pre-closing. We will not send messages unrelated to your construction project.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier SMS and data rates charged by your mobile service provider apply to all messages sent and received through this program. VIP Homes does not charge a fee for this service.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the VIP Homes SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any text message from VIP Homes
- Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
- Contact our office directly at 480.892.1654
After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your construction services, warranty coverage, or any obligations under your purchase contract.

Supported Carriers
This program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may change at any time. Neither VIP Homes nor the participating carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any information you provide in connection with this SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third-party marketers.
Changes to These Terms
VIP Homes reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or posted on our website. Continued participation in the program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
